Welcome to the Grant Management Blog

This company may be the largest accommodation provider in the UK but that doesn’t mean it is some sort of vast, impersonal, corporate monolith. There are real people working here and three of us in particular – Laura and Louise – thought we would share a regular behind-the-scenes look at what makes Grant Management tick, at the same time as discussing all things property rental and revealing a few of our property passions. The first of these concerns our total commitment to environmentally friendly tenancies, how we encourage and help tenants to reduce emissions (but we promise not to be too dull and worthy while we are at it). If you are tenants or even just interested readers and would like us to cover anything in particular here concerning property management, feel free to drop us a comment in the blog and we’ll dust down our keyboards.

Global Trees

Inspiration for our Global Trees campaign came from a speech by former President Bill Clinton in Glasgow. As a result of his passionate plea to improve environmental awareness, Peter and Colette Grant, the founders of Grant Management, joined forces with Bob Holt, Chairman of Mears Group Plc to set up Global Trees. The idea is to put something back, to make a difference.
