One of Grant Management’s private overseas investors is Malcolm McPherson, who is based in Baku, Azerbaijan as the financial controller of BP’s flagship Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, which transports crude petroleum from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean Sea. He bought his first investment property through Grant Management in 2000 - an Edinburgh flat which has grown in value by 136% from £72,000 to £170,000 - and now has a £2m portfolio of nine properties with the company.
