Katie, Claire and Malcolm stopped the traffic when they hung out the banner on our latest property to rent in Newcastle. The five bedroom house on Nuns Moor Road may be in a very desirable part of town but that didn’t stop the wolf whistles from less-couth passers-by. Fortunately Malcolm doesn’t mind too much!
Here is Malcolm looking chipper surrounded by his many fans architects and contractors during the refurbishment stage. Like all Grant Management properties to rent, this latest Newcastle house is 100% carbon neutral, offsetting its carbon emissions via Global Trees.
