39 green balloons: a new property to rent in Liverpool

Claire and Louise had fun and games this week when they decided to draw the world’s attention to one of our newest properties in Liverpool. A banner and balloons arrived at the house without any problem, but that was the easy bit.
The process of getting them attached to the property involved every ladder they could requisition, along with assorted workmen and anybody with a strong enough head for heights to hang out of the first floor window. Meanwhile a less-than-heavenly host of the younger members of Liverpool’s population were pulling on the girls’ coats asking if they could have a balloon. How many have you got there?” asked one of the workmen. “Forty,” said Louise just as there was a large bang. Make that thirty nine.
In case you are interested, the five bedroom property on the border of Wavertree and Mossley Hill will be ready in about six weeks time and we are taking enquiries now.
