Winners of our recent re-signs competition

This spring we launched a competition for all our tenants who re-sign with us for a further 12 month tenancy. The response was really good and it was an absolute pleasure to phone the winning tenants to tell them what they had won. In Glasgow I was lucky enough to present the LCD TV to the first prize winners. 2nd prize of nano ipods went to tenants in Edinburgh. As a result we have decided to run a competition every quarter for all new tenants who sign up within 7 days. The first tenants to win this prize rent one of our homes in Birmingham. They won an HD ready Samsung Plasma. We have another waiting to go to the next winners at the end of September. Its always nice to be able to give good news to people and it was a pleasure passing on this news.
